My goal this year is to make progress visible. I want stronger academics, stronger communication, and clearer project output.

Plan structure

• Academics: maintain course quality and close weak spots fast
• Communication: weekly speaking practice and monthly review
• Projects: convert interests into concrete portfolio artifacts
• Reflection: document wins, blockers, and next actions

Output mindset

Interest is good, but outcome matters more. Every area should produce evidence: a performance, a report, a project, or a measurable metric.

Rule: small steps every week beat perfect plans that never ship.
